ADDITIONAL PERSONALIZATION Customers will be prompted during the checkout process for additional personalization information. Please be sure to read each design's description for allowable lines of personalization as well as how they will appear on the final product. COLORMATCH OPTIONS We are happy to work with our customers in matching many of our designs with a fabric or paint swatch. For the designs which offer this option, please place your order within the designated design. COLORMATCH option will be reflected within color options or as a stand alone option within many of our designs. Please select this option during the checkout process. Customers should submit their samples to "My Name In A Frame" c/o 10518 Dublin Road, Walkersville, MD 21793. Once samples are received, we will contact you regarding any questions that may arise in fulfilling your order. Samples not received within 30 days, orders will be cancelled and any monies refunded to original payment source (ie, Visa, Mastercard) NOTE: for some colormatching, it may be necessary on our end to suggest alternate matting options as mat colors are not always matchable.
