Payment Options Orders are processed using PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as direct payment from checking accounts. Processing is done through a secure SSL Server.

Personal Checks are accepted only through direct sales which include but may not be limited to: Vendor Fairs, Art & Craft Festivals, Open House events. Orders are fulfilled after checks are fully cleared. Checks returned for insufficient funds may be subject to a $25 return fee, and orders will not be processed until order total and return fee are paid in full.

Returns/Exchanges

If you order a frame that includes “first name only artwork“, and are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your order to process a return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and will be refunded the full price of the frame and applicable taxes. Refunds are made to the original payment source, ie. If you paid by Visa, you will be credited back to that Visa.

Artwork with full personalization which includes Name, and other information which is exclusive to the recipient, such as birthdate or the utilization of our ColorMatch option, are considered custom orders and are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your order to process an exchange. An exchange will be processed and sent as quickly as possible with instructions for returning the original package. If the original package is not received within 30 days, customers will be billed for an additional frame, plus shipping charges.

My Name In A Frame will not refund any frame with a misspelled name that was originally provided by the customer. However, we will exchange the artwork at an additional charge plus shipping costs.

ColorMatch Option

All images of artwork are uploaded and displayed accurately to the professional CMYK color coding. As computer monitor settings may vary, this might affect how colors appear on your screen. This may cause a slight difference to the actual colors used. If you are unsure of the colors, please use our ColorMatch option. Customers may submit paint/fabric swatches for MyNameInAFrame to utilize in processing your order. Due to slight variances of printing colors vs. paint/fabric swatch, we will match the artwork colors as closely as possible to the swatch(es) provided.

To submit a swatch for your order, please click on the ColorMatch option, and mail your swatch to: My Name In A Frame 10518 Dublin Road Walkersville, MD 21793

By selecting this option, your order will be processed as soon as the swatch is received. Customers will receive an email to confirm receipt. Please note: payment will be processed as a usual order. If swatch is not received within 30 calendar days, the customer’s order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.
